The City of Electric City Volunteer Fire Department's mission is to protect and enhance the quality of life for all citizens and visitors from the adverse effects of natural and man-made emergencies. Our goal is to provide a protection program through a cost-efficient approach to emergency response, fire code application and public fire education.

Fire Chief, Justin Miller

Fire Chief Justin Miller
 
Justin is a local lifelong resident of 39 years. He has worked for the federal government as a heavy equipment
operator and plumber for 16 years. He is also a 16 year active and involved  member of the Electric City Volunteer
Fire Department. 
Justin is a big supporter to the local Chamber of Commerce and also the Ridge Riders. He volunteers and supports
his small town heritage in any way possible.  Justin spends all of his spare time in the mountains, on the river, or
vacationing with his wife, son, and beloved dog.

The City of Electric City emergency services is prepared 24/7 to preserve life and minimize damage, respond to hazards or disaster events by providing the necessary assistance and emergency support functions as well as establish a recovery system that will return the community to its normal state of affairs. Electric City contracts with Grand Coulee for it's Police Protection.
