Planning & Zoning
The Planning & Zoning Agency reviews proposed amendments to zoning ordinances, site plans, plat applications, and makes recommendations to the Council regarding the current and future development of Electric City.
The capital facilities plan is a six or more year plan of capital projects with estimated costs and proposed methods of financing.
The Comprehensive plan is a document designed to guide the future actions of a community. It presents a vision for the future, with long-range goals and objectives for all activities that affect the local government.
