Delano Transfer Station/Garbage Service
The City of Electric City contracts with Sunrise Disposal, a solid waste collection and recycling company, for garbage service. Everyone within the city limits is required to have garbage collection. Most trash and debris, when properly bundled and/or contained properly, can be disposed of at curbside with your regular garbage service days. For each bag, box, or small can, an additional $8.08 per item charge will be added to your bill. Heavy loads and excess refuse can be taken to the Delano Transfer Station.
